I started teaching 5^th grade at Lincoln Elementary in the fall of 2017.  I have worked as an elementary teacher for the Augusta school district since 2014.  I also serve as a co-sponsor for the Lincoln Chess Club.

I am married with four children. I also have several pets which include a dog, three cats, a grand-pup, and I have a guinea pig in my classroom named Tank.

In my free time I love to spend time with my family, read fantasy novels, historical fiction, and Bible studies, I love to cook delicious meals, and sometimes I like to get crafty or sew also.  I enjoy decorating with owls in my classroom and I enjoy my houseplants and a few flowers at my house.
